Murmur
Murmur is a quiet sound, noise, or incomprehensible mumbling. Murmur is also a flowing stream, gentle waves, the buzzing of insects, the rustling of leaves, the wind among the trees, or distant voices. Murmur is the abnormal sound of blood flowing in the heart or the collective flight of a flock of birds moving in harmonious, silent unison. In connection with this exhibition, it represents a gentle dialogue between two entities, the artist and the material, where glass, like natural elements, reacts to subtle impulses and transforms under the influence of human breath, temperature, and movement.
The exhibition, entitled Murmur, was created in collaboration with the Telegraph Gallery and explores unconventional approaches to glass as a material for artistic expression, emphasizing the organic nature and fluidity of forms and the relationship between humans, architecture, and nature, which permeates the entire exhibition. The exhibition not only presents visually impressive works with a different approach to this material, but also conveys meanings associated with the presence of humans and their interaction with the environment. In addition, this project transcends the boundaries between fine art and design, becoming a platform for interdisciplinary discussion.
